With enough work from Temperate Times and its podcast, we have launched the official coffee! Temperate Brews coffee is roasted by Channing McLeod (CEO and Founder), and will become available (TBD) online. All roast details can be found on this page.

Regarding our next availability, we are working on supplying coffee to retailers and small businesses. Shipping is also being worked on. New inventory is expected to come in by 2026, which will consist of new beans, which happen to be fair trade.

Cupping Notes
Strictly Soft (SS-top grade): Grown at a lower altitude, this bean is less acidic than denser beans. Its medium-toned brightness is somewhat reminiscent of tobacco/spice at first taste, but caramel is the long note. This is a sweet bean and makes an excellent base for espresso.
